Black sesame lattes are going to be my new go to homecafe drink! The black sesame gives the latte a natural sweetness and nuttiness that is so cozy during the winter months. Here’s how to make it:
Ingredients:
2 shots of espresso or coffee
Used a Breville Espresso Machine for my espressos
1 tbsp black sesame paste
1/2 cup oat milk
1 tsp of condensed oat milk (can purchase the coconut version on amazon but the oat milk will be in select WholeFoods)
Instructions:
Make your coffee or espresso first and set to the side.
Warm up oat milk using a milk frother, then add the black sesame paste and condensed oat milk.
Using a fork or spoon, mash up the paste into smaller chunks first, then use a whisk or electric frother to thoroughly mix the paste into the milk.
Pour milk into your espresso or coffee and enjoy!
