Gochujang Glazed Baked Cod Recipe (Nobu Inspired)

This is the ultimate quick and easy dinner idea for two — gochujang glazed cod, inspired by the famous miso cod from Nobu! Literally takes 10 mins, without any pots and pans, just an oven sheet. Here’s how to make it:

Instructions
Wash and dry the filets (2 fillets), season on both sides with salt and pepper. Set to the side, while you prep the sauce.
For the sauce, mix together the gochujang (1 ½ Tbsp), honey (1 Tbsp), and sake (1 Tbsp)
The sauce should be lightly spreadable, so add more sake if it’s too thick
Set the oven to broil in the meantime, and set the filets (2 fillets) on a an aluminum lined baking sheet
Cover the filets (2 fillets) in the gochujang sauce on all sides, except the skin
Place the fish under the broiler for 7-8 mins or until the internal temp is 145°F
Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions, and enjoy!
