Instructions
Soak the snow fungus (1 head) overnight
Cut the loose ends of the snow fungus (1 head) into little bite size pieces, and discard the hard back core
Wash the lotus seeds (½ cup) and jujube dates (6–10) before using, then place them into a pot with the snow fungus (1 head) and rock sugar (or sweetener of choice) (1 Tbsp)
Add water (2 cups) and bring to a boil
Cook for 30 mins and in the last 10 mins, drop in the goji berries (1 Tbsp)
